Birth Doula Support
Essential Support - $1200
Continuous support during labor and delivery
(1) Private Birth Preparation Session: During these sessions we will get to know one another, create your birth plan, talk through fears or doubts, practice comfort measures, and prepare to welcome your baby into the world.
Golden Hour Postpartum Support: Immediate postpartum support directly after birth to help you transition from birth to motherhood
Complete Support - $1600
Everything in Essential Support plus;
(1) Additional Private Birth Preparation Session
(2) Postpartum Support Sessions: These sessions provide space for recovery, newborn care guidance, feeding support, emotional encouragement, and reassurance as you adjust to life with your baby.
Elevated Support - $2000
Everything in Complete Support plus;
(1) Additional Private Birth Preparation Session
1:1 Childbirth & Breastfeeding Education Class: A comprehensive childbirth and breastfeeding education course to help you better understand birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding.
Sip & Share: A 60-minute guided birth reflection session designed to help you process your experience and celebrate your journey.
Signature Birth Experience - $2500
Everything in Elevated Support plus;
Partner Preparation Session: A personalized session to help your partner understand how to support you emotionally and physically during labor Nesting & Birth Preparation: A four hour in-home session to prepare your space, organize baby essentials, discuss postpartum needs, and create a peaceful environment for welcoming your baby.
Sip & Share: 90 Minutes
Herbal Bath: a warm herbal bath designed to support relaxation, comfort, and intentional recovery.

Postpartum Doula Support
12 hours - $580 1 week - (3) 4 hour days of in-home postpartum support 24 hours - $1,150 2 weeks -(6) 4 hour days of in-home postpartum support 48 hours - $2,160 4 weeks - (12) 4 hour days of in-home postpartum support Hourly Support - $50/hour * 4 hour minimum
Postpartum Support Includes:
Rest & recovery support for mom

Breastfeeding. pumping, and bottle feeding support & education
Emotional support and space to process your experience
Guided birth story reflection and storytelling
Help establishing routines that work for your family

The First Sip - $75 60 minute birth story reflection to help process the key moments of your birth. Includes (1) small beverage. Spill the Tea - $110 90 minute birth story reflection to help process your full birth story from beginning to end with guided questions and peaceful, grounding exercises to close. Includes (1) medium beverage. The Slow Brew - $150 120 minute birth story reflection designed to support those with more complex & emotionally intense birth stories. Providing a safe space for you to slowly process with gentle guiding, grounding, and journaling. Includes (1) large beverage.
